Our Bistro is open 7 nights a week from 5:30 and caters for everyone from a single diner to group of 200. Our menu focuses on Tasmanian steak and seafood and caters to vegetarian diners.
We have some of the best chefs around who can be relied on to serve you a sumptuous feast or light snack with equal skill and finesse.
During the day the bistro serves as a cafe with light snacks to full lunches available as well as coffee and delicious cakes.
The Wharf Hotel takes great pride in sourcing the best local Tasmanian produce. We use local beef, Nichols free range chicken, locally grown herbs and vegetables and fresh Tasmanian seafood where available.
As a small locally owned business we strongly believe in Tasmania and support local business as much as possible.
